Prices and Advertising Offers
Prices exclude VAT unless otherwise stated. All offerings are subject to errors, omissions, change of prices
or withdrawal of offers without notice.

Registration Listing and Fees
FREE basic listing is for an unlimited period and subject to our approval and terms and conditions.
Promotional Web Page Registration fees cover a period of 12 months from the date the first payment is
received and are renewable annually. Businesses are responsible for providing and informing Home
Services 4U of any changes to content advertised on their web page. Amendments or alterations requested
during the 12 month registration period are subject to charges at a rate of £10.00 per hour, unless otherwise
stated. They are subject to change at any time due to inflation and costs incurred by Home Services 4U.

Payments
We only accept payments via credit card through our safe and secure “PAYPAL ACCOUNT”. Receipts for
payments are provided upon request.

Cancellations
Notification of any cancellation of paid advertising, registration, purchase of goods or services from Home
Services 4U must be received within 7 days of purchase. Cancellation notices should be forwarded to our
office at 22 Tadcaster Crescent, Sheffield. S8 0RE

Refunds
Cancellation refunds for payments made to Home Services 4U will be paid via our Paypal account and within
14 days of receipt of a cancellation notice.

Reciprocal Links
Home Services 4U as the sole rights to include or exclude any link that does not conform or abide to UK Laws
on advertising. We will remove any link if it is found that our own link has been removed or not working on our
partners website. We will not accept any links that promote or sell products associated with violence,
pornography, crime, drugs or any other illegal act.
